10. Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the Google Analytics web analysis service. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. 11. Google Analytics Remarketing
Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics Remarketing in connection with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. This service is provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This function enables a connection of the advertising target groups created with Google Analytics Remarketing with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. By doing so, interest-related personalised advertising messages, which have been adapted to you depending on your previous user and surfing behaviour on n end device (e.g. mobile phone), can also be displayed on another end device (e.g. tablet or PC). If you have granted a corresponding agreement, Google will link your web and your app browser history to your Google account for this purpose. By doing so, on every end device via which you connect to your Google account, the same personalized advertising messages can be activated. To support this function, Google Analytics will record user IDs which have been authenticated by Google and which are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data in order to define and create the target groups for the cross-device advertising. You can permanently object the cross-device remarketing/targeting by deactivating personalised advertising in your google account; for this purpose, follow this link: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/ . The summary of the recorded data in your Google account is realized exclusively based on your approval, which you can provide to or object at Google (article 6, section 1, lit. a, GDPR). In the event of data recording processes which are not linked in your Google account (e.g. because you do not have a Google account or because you objected the link), the data collection is based on article 6, section 1, lit. f, GDPR. The legitimate interest results from the fact that the website operator has an interest in the anonymised analysis of the website visitors for advertising purposes. Further information and the data protection regulations are provided in the Google data protection declaration under: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/.
12. Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking
This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising programme of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). In the framework of Google AdWords, we use the so-called conversion tracking. If you click onto an advertisement activated by Google, a cookie for the conversion tracking is set. Cookies are small text files which are stored on the computer of the user by the internet browser. The cookies become invalid after 30 days and are not used for the personal identification of the user. If the user visits certain pages of this website and if the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user has clicked onto the advertisement and was forwarded to this page. Every Google AdWords customer receives another cookie. The cookies cannot be traced back via the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected with the conversion cookie is used for creating conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The customers are informed about the overall number of users who have clicked onto their ad and were forwarded to a page equipped with conversion tracking tag. However, they will not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can object this use by deactivating the cookie of the Google conversion tracking via your internet browser, under user settings. You will then no longer be included in the conversion tracking statistics. The storage of conversion cookies is realized based on article 6, section 1, lit. f, GDPR. The website provider has a legitimate interest in the analysis of the user behaviour to optimize their web offering and their advertising. Further information on Google AdWords and Google conversion tracking can be found in the data protection provisions of Google: https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/. You can set your browser in a way that you will be informed about the placement of cookies and cookies will only be allowed in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for specific cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. When deactivating cookies, the function of this website may be restricted.
