By now a number of known refrigerating brands do not exist anymore in connection with acquisition by other companies. For example, within several years compressors made by SABROE, GRAM, STAL are not produced because these companies have been bought by York (USA) company, and later on - Johnson Controls (USA) company.

Now York - Johnson Controls company offers FRICK compressors instead of SABROE, GRAM, STAL type compressors. Numerous complaints of our customers to problems of delivery and quality of spare bear compressor blocks and spare parts to SABROE, GRAM, STAL have led to necessity of developing by experts of COOLTECH FINLAND OY ready-to-install compressor units based on high safety open-type compressor blocks with adequate characteristics, technical resource of new units and considerably smaller price.
Now our customers can completely restore the refrigerating machinery based on (specified above) compressors SABROE, GRAM, STAL without purchasing new units as well as without additional rather labour-consuming and too expensive dismantling-mounting operation by means of compressor units based on COOLTECH compressor blocks.

Compressor units can be installed by specialists from COOLTECH FINLAND OY or by the customer in appliance with COOLTECH FINLAND OY instructions. The cost of this upgrade is 2-2,5 times lower than purchase of a new SABROE, MYCOM, GRASSO, GRAM, STAL compressor unit or its reconstruction in the volume of overhaul repair.

COOLTECH Finland Oy provides its customers with a 12-months manufacturer's warranty for all upgraded units and prolongs the life time of old units nearly to the original condition.

COOLTECH FINLAND OY upgrade compressor kit unit includes the following main components:

open-type screw compressor
connecting pipelines
oil filter(s)
temperature and pressure sensors (if necessary)
shut-off valves (depends on compressor type)
oil collector
hydraulic valves
capacity control unit (if necessary)
digital controller (if necessary)
coupling (if necessary)
